This Chicago artist has been in the game for awhile! Meet Logan Cage AKA 1636 Logan AKA 8MATIKLOGAN! In 2014, Logan released his first single on SoundCloud called "Patrol" which was produced by Flight, a producer Logan works with often. The song gained over 143,000 plays! He continued to release singles that year and the following year and even landed a feature with Taylor Bennett on a song called "DOPE" which gained over 163,000 plays. In 2015, Logan released his first mixtape. That was a wild year for Logan as he survived a shooting that summer! In his debut tape "1636", Logan expresses the hardships he faced and adverse lifestyle he lived in Chicago. Some songs on it are "All Real", "Drinking in the Park", "Beautiful Ugly World (ft. Saba)", and more! That tape did impressive numbers. By 2016, Logan was putting in work! In 2016, Logan released his tape "So Iconic" and that same year he released big singles such as "Innocent", "All For You", "Say It Ain't So", and more. He then released "The New Wave EP" which featured Saba and Rockie Fresh. Then, he released his tape "Still Iconic" which featured Femdot, Taylor Bennett, and more.
