This Chicago rap artist has been on our radar for awhile. Meet CP! With his unique style, it's hard to not recognize him. He has a raspy/whisper presence on songs which is complimented nicely with hard hitting beats. Not only this, but he can be melodic as well. In 2018, CP appeared on the WORLDSTARHIPHOP YouTube channel for his song "New 2 Me" featuring Duffle Bag Buru. The video gained over 49,000 views! CP also appeared on the ELEVATOR YouTube channel for his song "Ice Cream Drip" featuring Duffle Bag Buru. CP has been noticed from the likes of Lyrical Lemonade, The Ghetto Flower, and more! In 2020, he released his debut mixtape "CINEMA". It has production from Danny Wolf, Mulatto Beats, and more. It also has features from TheHxliday, RonSoCold, and more. The mixtape is full of hard hitting songs as CP tells the audience how he's living and where he's going. His follow up EP, "DA$H", is another example of his style and consistency. Some songs on it are "Need Sum", "TOP", "Paint Job (Ft. Qari)", and more. CP also appears on projects from Luke Almighty, Duffle Bag Buru, and more.
