Gold Haze

Meet Gold Haze! This Chicago artist is truly one of a kind. Known for his production skills, Gold Haze has been able to work with many big names and his career is not ending any time soon. Gold Haze began producing in 2012. He began releasing content on SoundCloud and Bandcamp that year as well. His first release on YouTube was a remix to "The Ride" by Drake and The Weeknd. It gained 2,500 views. That same year, he remixed "Persian Rugs" by PartyNextDoor and it gained 4,300 views. He then did another remix, this time of Jhene Aiko's "Eternal Sunshine" and it gained 15,000 views! By 2015, Gold Haze created his original song "On & On" and it gained a whopping 40,000 views! Things began looking great for the young Chicago artist. He even collaborated with Chicago rapper Flex for his tape "Hard To Be Humble" which was released the following year. It was a huge success across Chicago and it is evident with songs like "Remember" which gained over 85,000 plays, and "2Hunnit Degrees" which gained 165,000 plays! The following year, 2016, Gold Haze was busier than ever in regard to creating music. He began putting out original content which still attracted thousands and thousands of views. Some noticeable ones that year were his songs "Do You Still Care" which gained 26,000 views, and "With You" which gained 94,000 views! He then released his first song on SoundCloud "here4u" which gained over 64,000 plays! These songs/beats of his were very noticeably different as they are built with soulful samples complimented with a modern sounding percussion and bass lines. Realizing SoundCloud was a much better platform than YouTube for audio at the time, he re-released some songs onto it such as his "Eternal Sunshine" remix which this time gained over 76,000 plays! Still that same year, he released his song/beat "Momma, I Love Ya" which gained over 84,000 plays! He continued to put out these soulful trap songs/beats that year and all of them gained thousands and thousands of plays. His fan base was truly growing. By 2018, his biggest release was his remix "will i see u at the show 2nite" which gained 114,000 plays! Gold Haze was inspired by the likes of Kanye West, Jay Z, The Neptunes, and more, and it's very noticeable and audible via his production. Gold Haze really gained great success from 2019 to now in 2021! As his fan base kept growing and growing, he was eventually able to work with the likes of Ausar, Brittney Carter, Ro Marsalis, and more! He produced for Queen Key for her song "Go", Goody & Valee for their song "Reach", G Herbo for his song "Red Light Freestyle", Bloc Boy JB for his "Red Light Freestyle" song, and more! Gold Haze released his first album "More Than Gold" in 2019. It exemplifies his lyrical skills and production abilities. It was preparing us for his next project "From Here On Out" which was released in 2021 and it was very successful. He not only produced, but he also rapped. He was able to collaborate with Joey Purp, Just Adam, Flex, and more! Gold Haze was noticed by the likes of Lyrical Lemonade, The Ghetto Flower, iLLANOiZE Radio, and more. Gold Haze was even able to produce music for commercials aired by companies such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Jordan, and more! Quite recently, Gold Haze was able to produce for one of the industry's newest rap star, Pooh Shiesty for his song "Switch It Up". Worthy of mentioning, Gold Haze is not shy to the camera. Apparently, Gold Haze even has a label placement with Richvi$ion Records! Although he's been in the game for awhile now, things are just getting started for Gold Haze! Keep an eye on this artist!
