Meet Lunar Rue! This Chicago artist is just getting started. In December of 2019, he released his first EP "LOVE U 2". On it is his song "HEARTbreak Hotel" which shows his story telling ability as he sings about a relationship. It also has "not just U" which exemplifies Lunar's lyrical abilities over a hard hitting bass-heavy beat. Then, in February of 2021, Lunar released his first mixtape "NIGHTWATCH". This tape truly shows his growth as an artist via its professional sound. His melodic ability can be heard on songs like "Dream House", "Arcadia", and more. This tape also illustrates his rapping abilities which can be heard on songs like "Normal IL", "WHO COUNTING", "Motion", "Rebel Freestyle", and more. The tape is full of mesmerizing beats which is complemented perfectly with Lunar's unique voice. In March of 2021, Lunar released his song "Here 4 Me" on SoundCloud. This song shows his mainstream potential as his sings, harmonizes, raps, and tells a story over a catchy beat. Lunar Rue indubitably has a lot of potential.
